Accommodations
We don’t just offer you a place to crash or lay your head. We provide a relaxing and comforting experience conducive to your learning and development while also offering you a sense of community and the camaraderie we cherish as servicemembers. You are not limited to your room as you would be with on-base lodging. We provide lavish indoor and outdoor space for you to enjoy and relax as if you were in your own home. Our intent is to offer you more to enable you to perform at your best. If you desire list laundry machines and kitchen appliances and/or cookware, (baking sheets, tongs, service utensils, knifes), blenders, instapots, coffee maker, outdoor grill (& utensils), etc. Rest assured…we provide it all!
We offer priority to military personnel for rooms. In many instances, students attending IFF, PIT, or RPA training like to rent rooms within the same house. If you and a group of your friends would like to rent the house together, please contact us.
We value you and therefore also value your time. Time you shouldn’t waster sitting in traffic, especially after a long day. Located in Cibolo, 6 miles from Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, which is roughly a 10 min drive pending traffic. Furthermore, you have easy access to a Walmart, an HEB, as well as other grocery stores and restaurants in the newly developed shopping center just around the corner from your community.
We charge the government the same amount they would charge your unit for staying on base. Ultimately, this means no out-of-pocket expense for you as the service member. No security deposits, no two month’s rent, no background check, no nothing. You just need your Government Travel Card (GTC) and you’ll be good to go. We seek to make this process as streamlined as possible.
We offer a fully furnished home, tailored for your stay. You only need to bring your clothes and your preferred toiletries. In addition to bedroom and office furniture, linens, towels, kitchen appliances, entertainment, and other incentives, we also offer weekly cleaning services, and complimentary cleaning supplies.

Yes, if you are staying on base, even if you have already started your training program, you may move off base. We charge the same amount as your lodging rate allowing you to move off base without a non-availability slip.
We will only charge you the rate in which the government would charge, ensuring you are reimbursed for the fully authorized amount and do not incur any out-of-pocket expenses. You don’t need a non-availability slip, however you may want to engage with your unit leadership for clarity and permission prior to booking any off-base lodging.
Note: If there is government lodging available when you check-in, and you elect to not use it, you may stay off base however you will only be reimbursed the rate the government would pay for you to stay on base.
If you’re wondering what the per diem rates are for your stay please use the link below and put in the zip code to look up lodging and meals per diem
For all intents and purposes, billing is similar to that of a hotel or lodging on base. We charge a nightly rate on the credit card of your choice (typically GTC). You are billed monthly for the nights you stayed. At the beginning of each month, you will receive an itemized invoice and receipt from the previous month’s transaction.
There is no penalty for changing dates based on your orders or changed TDY dates. We are typically able to accommodate a flex in your schedule and will do our best to provide for you for the remainder of your stay.
